The increase of temperature of the furnace atmosphere is performed by gas burners.
The cooling down step is done by water sprinklers. The whole process is fully automatic, piloted by intelligent software à the behaviour of the wood drives the heat treating program.
The oxygen content in the furnace is perfectly controlled during the entire operation. The particular design of the installation allows a perfect sealing of the doors and a high security level.
The STABILPROCESS ® method respects the environment and doesn’t use or introduce any chemical product. (neither steam nor nitrogen)
Furthermore, the use of wood contributes to the preservation of our ecosystem: the required energy to produce 1kg of PCV or 1kg of Aluminium is much higher than the used energy to treat 1 kg of wood. |
