The products in the Sotralentz Habitat range are made by the coextrusion blow moulding of High Molecular Weight High Density Polyethylene (HMW HDPE). A derivative of hydrocarbons, HDPE is no risk to the environment, can be recycled 100% and is frequently used to transport water for human consumption, together with liquids and gases. Industry in general, the construction industry and public works appreciate it for its qualities of flexibility, lightness, solidity, watertightness, airtightness and resistance to temperature differences. Its molecular structure increases its resistance even further and avoids any porosity especially when it is blown extruded in multi-layers.
