The Group SOTRALENTZ has his own training center adapted for industrial needs : ITC
The training allows to improve and to optimize the skills of the employées and consequently the quality of the products ant the competitiveness of the companies.
To do it ITC manages trainings of the compagnies, actions for regions and also individuel actions. ITC has developped its own competences and specialized in domains of welding and security.
ITC also assits the compagnies in their processes :
- Competences in welding
- Workshop audits
- Heightenning awareness of the staff in specific fabrications
- Assistance in welding and security
- Optimization of fabrication processes
Three training centers (DRULINGEN, BISCHHEIM, SARRALBE), with 15 permanent people guarantee you trainings adapted to your specifis needs.
